Moreover, all servers are empowered with 100Mbps ethernet ports and three IP addresses, with absolutely no limits or caps on server speeds. To retain both affordability and to give our clients still more opportunity to utilize their dedicated servers as they see fit, all our server platforms are fully unmanaged. To this we add our truly impressive 99.5% uptime-guaranteed network, world-class datacenter, and comprehensive, 24/7 ticket-based support.

We are also very pleased to offer many additional extras at no cost to our clients. Among these are completely free access to myVCTRL, our revolutionary client portal technology. myVCTRL enables our clients to easily conduct OS-reinstalls, view real time traffic graphs, perform automated reboots, request and use KvM over IP devices, and utilize our automated ReverseDNS system. To this we add the hallmarks of exceptional client relations: hassle-free service, efficient and no-cost hardware replacement and short cancellation notice periods.
