Master Service Agreement

Vectoral LLC. (Vectoral Servers) is a registered Delaware Corporation with a primary place of business located at 113 Barksdale Professional Center, Newark, Delaware 19711-3258, United States of America and a subsidiary branch located at Suite 413 - 14 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 1JY, United Kingdom.

This Master Service Agreement shall constitute a binding contractual agreement between Vectoral LLC. (Vectoral Servers) a Delaware Corporation, hereinafter ("The Company") and the subscriber of services ("Customer"). The Master Service Agreement shall include the Terms of Service (TOS) and the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Customer agrees to be bound to all agreements found herein. The TOS and AUP are subject to change with three (3) days notice to the parties described herein.

The following documents are provided for current customers. Unrelated third parties without contract privity shall receive no benefits from the contract terms listed herein.
